About Me.

My name is Tyler James Reardon, an Instructional Designer from the Pacific Northwest, where my passion for the outdoors fuels my drive. When I’m not crafting dynamic  learning experiences, you’ll likely find me hiking through the region’s forests and mountains. My love for nature mirrors my approach to continuous growth, exploration, and adaptability. I specialize in using Articulate Storyline 360, and Rise 360 to create engaging, culturally relevant e-learning content that is both trauma-informed and accessible to diverse audiences.

 

With a background in special education, I’m dedicated to making learning impactful and inclusive. I’ve designed a range of successful projects, from time management modules to conservation training programs, consistently improving learner engagement through interactive, multimedia solutions. My Master of Arts in Education and various certifications, including UX Design and Instructional Design, empower me to deliver innovative educational experiences. Whether developing professional development programs or custom learning tools, I am committed to creating educational solutions that are both meaningful and transformative.
